Internet Explorer I9(32bits), write texts sometimes blurry.

I've noticed that when I'm in a forum and write in the table are to respond, in some forums write cursor (|) will disappear and not know where it is.As also the text box, when I go under and raise the slider in the text box, the first lines of text are blurred. Shrink or disappear half of the body of each letter.

I just happened to the 32-bit version, with that of 64btis not happen. With chrome, does not happen either.

Click the Start button and type in the search box,
    internet options
Click on the suggestion listing near the top under Control panel,
Advanced section/ Check the top box-Use software rendering instead of gpu rendering/ Apply and Okay.
Boot or shut down your machine and test the issue on restart.
If it helps you might need to go to the computer manufactures website Help-support sections and search for Graphic's/ video card driver updates.

Internet Explorer 9(32bits), write texts sometimes blurry

Making use software rather than hardware does not make any changes. It continues to appreciate this "bug".
In the 64-bit browser not see that. In the 32-bit chrome does not happen. So there must be something browser software, because if it was the graphics software(GPU) would have to also affect the chrome...
I do not know ... Any other user using the browser IE 32 bits happens that too ?

Software rendering instead of gpu rendering is a exclusive feature of ie9 and ie10,
This setting would not apply to another browser like chrome or firefox.....
This seems more like either a screen resolution issue/ Right click your desktop background and click on the listing,
Make sure it's on the Recommended setting.
You can also try pressing the F12 key when this issue is present and click on Browser mode and confirm what is being used ie10 or Comp-view, switch to see if there's a noticeable difference.
Also confirm Document mode as either Standards or ie7 standards default./ ditto switch.

(I have the internet explorer 9)

    - On screen resolution is recommended (1600x900)
In 1280x720 & 800x600 tells me that certain items can not fit on the screen.

    - I press F12 and saw that is in : Browser Mode IE9
    Document mode IE7

P.S. I can correct the name of the post ? Sorry if slow to respond because I not have a schedule stable.

Don't worry about correcting the version of ie because you just did :)
Now I'm thinking your DPI setting might be to high,
Click the Start button and type in the search box,
    dpi
Click on Make text and other items larger or smaller,
What is this set on/ Default of 125% ?
Also when on this site verify what Zoom your using Gear symbol on the top right and Zoom.

    There are 3 values : 100%, 125% and 150%. That's what you mean by dpi ?

    It is in 100% (Recommended)

Yes it is sorry yes 100% Default,
What about the Zoom setting ?
Even though you might not believe Software rendering and gpu rendering makes a difference please try Software rendering so we're on the same ground.
    Clean boot,

I did what you suggested in the first response to change in advanced options, use software rather than hardware(A day ago)

In zoom is at 100%. I'll try your suggestion. Clean boot for... ?

P.S. I guess I should upload the image differently, and clarify that the text was from a song.
