IE10. autocomplete not working tried everything

I try to sign in with Hotmail. the first box with @ address should remember the name I used last. other sites also do not remember. so I have to type each time. in ffox(beta)/chrome(srware iron version) this function is fine but in internet explorer it does not work. I have tried the lot. I have tried the following
No1.internet options/content/autocomplete settings (here I have tried every configuration and restarted..nothing changes.
No2.re set internet explorer back to default.
No3.uninstalled/reinstalled internet explorer via command prompt due to it being absent in progs
    No4.tried Microsoft fixit.
    No5.changed value in reg edit
No6. printing up an A4 with bang head here spot in red blue tacking at head height and following instruction
No7. this is the same on my windows 7 as my wifes windows 8 both Toshiba's mine R830 hers R930 both being perfect uninfected or modified in any way, except running Vpn's and BTgnome from flash drives sometimes. they both start in 43 seconds and shut down in about 8 to 15 seconds. they are fast and apart from this no problems. scans all clear, rootkits clean, getsusp, rougue killer, all are clean Kaspersky is my security paid for
***the only reason I have come up against this issue is that my srware browser has stopped working on sites where I fill fields in like this one here now in for some reason, also it has miniaturised the autocomplete fields and the bookmarks when they run in a strip down the screen have a larger gap between them so take more than the screen up to show them all. it works with everything else, but I use Toshiba's site and it will not let me use these fields, it just has no cursor flashing in them. I tried re sizing the loaded pages and all the usual things. the more I put here the worse it sounds, but I can now see there is a common fault. fonts. I am wondering if I need to re instal fonts in some way. ideas most warmly accepted and thank anyone of you for any comment after reading this epic.

General section/ Delete browser history button/ Uncheck the top box and Check all others/ Delete.

thank you for your reply TZ. I should have noted that all these have been done. I has assumed, incorrectly, that people would guess I had due to the other more complicated actions I had completed. I am now getting used to autofill not working and am resigned to it being like this from now on as nobody from any forum has a fix other than you know what, and I am not doing a complete reinstall for something. I have never had to, as there is always a way to fix without reinstallation. if I ever find a fix I will post it here, meanwhile any other suggestions are more than welcome, no matter how far fetched. thanks again

Thank you once again TZ. please bear with me. I am going to execute myself, no no, I mean I am going to execute the easiest tasks first, but am going to take my time and read up everything first, re: going wrong etc etc. so may be some time in coming back. but I will eventually do this and get where a solution is found, as I can see your determination is far greater than mine, and that is just what I needed, a swift kick up the jacksy to start me up. I think I will go for the clean re start first, as I am on selective at the moment as I wanted to speed up things when I purchased this wonderful laptop. I have 45 second start up and 8-12 second shut down, which I think will suffer when I change to normal start up. we will see.

    No problem,
New computers are great but it usually only lasts of about 90 days lol then all of the crapware expires and causes issues with normal operations,

While not a fix (this issue is not uncommon with IE10 on 7, and even 8), this may be a workaround:

Open IE and press F12> Click on Browser Mode: IE 10 in top menu> Select Browser Mode: IE 9 from drop down menu

    See if autocomplete works now.

    status?

Has anyone come up with a real solution apart from making new user profile (not worth it)?

    Note:
    1. tried recommended key changes with no luck
    2. tried to delete/reset ProtectedStorage reg key, but impossible, even on new user profile
    3. Browser Mode: IE 9 makes no difference

I think the only solution is to permanently abandon IE in favor of Firefox.

Check this setting and make sure the temp files location is set correctly,
Replace masqww-1 for your user name,
