Google gmail conver to Outlook .pst

May be outside the forum input but .................Help please Is there anyway I can I download all my gmail emails to Outlook as .pst files

Yes, set up your Gmail account in outlook as a POP3 account.

Want to also import contacts in outlook from gmail?
Even easier. Log into gmail on desktop. Click gmail-contacs. Choose more-export. Then choose outlook csv and choose export. Then import into outlook.

Fed up with gMail & Google
Is there any good cloud based email clients. I'm fed up with gMail and Googles, "I want to know your life". Any personal suggestions ? If not I'm going with just downloading my email locally. Next will be using Google to search the Net.
