    Font Substitution/Association

    Hi,

someone in my business has sent out an email using the Futura font.

Only about 15 people have this installed on their machines, so for everyone else it isn't displaying correctly.

Where can I set the font to be used instead in a case like this?

    Thanks in advance!

Just copy that font from the person's computer that has what you want to all the computers that need it, right click on it, install, and then reboot the computer. The path for fonts in Windows 7 is Computer - Local Disk - Windows - Fonts. Find the font/fonts you need that are .TTF files. Simple as that. If you can't access the person's computer you should be able to find the fonts from Google. They are free to download and use. Again just download the font/fonts you need, and install. Try here: Google Fonts

Hi, that isn't the solution unfortunately, not all fonts are free. The font that has been used in this instance is a licensed font. Only 15 licenses have been purchased.
