    Windows Live Mail 2011 won't go online.


    My Win Live Mail suddenly starts offline. When I try to swith to online I get the error msg:

    There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar service. If the error persists, check to see if there's an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative.

    Some how I doubt that is the answer but, since I can't find an "upgrade",Will installing a new full version lose existing settings, server data or messages?

    NO, you will keep everything. Download WLM 2012 & use the 'Other download options' link to get it in your regional language.
