Windows 7: Windows keeps restarting for no reason.

Did any of those scans find any infections?

Just saying it didn't work doesn't give us much information.
What did you do and what was the results.

Example:
What didn't work?
Did the download not work?
Did the program downloaded not install?
Did the program install but wouldn't run?
We need more precise answers.

or this one YD Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 just need to make sure you pick the right version and have your original activation code on hand

The startup repair did not find any problems. I checked my reliability history and under
"Explorer.EXE" it says

Is this a related problem? If so, recommend you deal with this first before trying to solve others:

Do you get a dump file when this happens? If so, the BSOD team can analyze the files requested for a BSOD analysis and perhaps find the culprit.

Have you tried to see what the event logs reports after a restart?
