    Windows.EXE Error: Stops/Restarting Problem


    Every time I try going to my system properties it ends up stopping and restarting. I think there is a problem with Explorer.exe because when I checked my reliability history I got this error:

    I tried to do a clean boot and found nothing. I tried to run a disc check and found no problems. I did a memory check and still found no problems. The only thing is when I go into safe mode the problem is not happening anymore which i find a bit strange. My last option would be to do a clean re installation which I really do not want to do.

Hello I am Jazzy. I had win7 installed at my pc for about 6 months and It was working superb until I reinstalled it because of some problem caused by installing new themes. but now It restarts after some time without any reason, every thing is fine but still it restarts there is no virus nothing....
