Easy way to copy Email Addresses

I am having startup problems, and thinking about doing a complete system restore to take my PC back to it's original state. I have an external hard drive and wondered how I might go about saving all my email addresses for easy adding after?

It depends on the email client you use.....many have an "export contacts" option. What email client do you use?
