    Resizing browser issue

I saw some old threads about this issue, but I thought I'd post to see if anyone else had this problem.

I usually have my browser windows shrunk down to about a third the size of the screen, then I leave it open that way while I use other programs.

Fairly often after that window has been idle for awhile,
I'll click the box in between the underscore and the X, but then the window seems to freeze for a moment.

This happens in IE & Outlook & unfortunately the most trouble is with Google especially in an app my company built in house. It usually corrects itself except in this Google app. Unfortunately, so far our IT hasn't been able to reproduce the error. They've asked me to find bugs, but after finding this one; no solution so far.

    Any ideas are welcome.

I am looking to Google forums, but since it happened in Microsoft products too & other folks have had the problem before, I'm hoping for some advice or patch, etc.

    Welcome to Sevenforum ThanGam6,
Is there any difference if you use the F11 key instead of the Maximize button,
Just left click to regain focus to the window and press F11.
Or you can use 3-d flip,
