pdf files no longer open in IE 10 browser.

I upgraded to IE 10 in May 2013 and pdf files opened in the browser window just like I wanted them to.

However, for the last couple of days they are opening in separate Adobe Reader windows and I can't figure out how that happened.

I am running:

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.
IE 10.0.10.
Adobe Reader 11.05

All applications have the most current updates.

If there's a simple solution I haven't been able to find it.

Any clues?

After trying several of the remedies with no success I uninstalled it and downloaded a fresh install.

Works now.

I can no longer open Zip files from IE on my Windows 7
I'm curious why can't I open Zip files from IE anymore? I haven't installed anything (except automatic updates), but what started to happen recently when, say, I need to download a Zip file (like this one) if I then click "Open" I get a window like this (see attached.) This happens only when I...

Flash no longer working with any browser
So earlier in the week, flash decided to take a nosedive. No flash based websites will open, and youtube won't fully load videos like it used to (I have Fios, and good Up/Download speeds). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times, then once more but with Flash version 10.2. I'm...
