use PRTSCN to transfer say web image, and send as e-mail

I have win 7 and outlook 2010 could you simply tell me the steps necessary to put the prtscn on a new e-mail to send it

I have tried more than one combination but none happens because 2010 causes a problem, or win 7 causes it, I am not getting the right combination

    thank you
