Windows 7: Can IE 7 be installed on windows 7?

Can IE 7 be installed on windows 7?

i want to know if it is possible to install IE 7 on windows 7? i know it comes with 8, but 7 is the only one that lets me access work from home?

what is that? all i know is that IE 8 wont let me work at home. i can't do remote access with 8. something probably to do with work.
