I think I deleted my IE 64 and now im trying to get it back

    Please open task manager
    ...select the tab named Processes
    ...locate the process named LiveUpdate.exe
    ...right click on that process
    ...select Open File Location from the context menu
    Let us know the path to that LiveUpdate.exe file.

    I'll detail the UAC steps in another post.

    Select Start > Control Panel
    In the upper right corner, change View by: to one of the icon views
    Click on User Accounts
    Click on the link named Change User Account Control settings
    Move the slider to Always notify
    Click on the button named OK.

    Restart the computer.
    Open IE11
    Check Task Manager for IE11 64bit processes.
