Assuming this is Internet Explorer 8... Go to Tools > Internet Options, and click the "Content" tab. Click the "Settings" button under the "AutoComplete" heading, and in that window, uncheck "Browsing history".

THANKs!!! Can I ask one more??

    Thanks a lot!!!

I have one more question if you don't mind.

I tried to create a shortcut icon to desktop( I mean, the background)

I did something about it but this, 'show desktop' icon is not what I wanted. How can I create a shortcut icon to the background??

The "Show Desktop" icon will minimize all windows so that your desktop is in focus. What exactly do you want it to do?

    I mean,

I want to reach the background right away where I can change my desktop background, where Icons like my computer and recycle bin are located.. not the browser that shows everything in the desktop. I sound too computer-ignorant.

On the right side of the taskbar is a little sliver of space that will say "show desktop" if you hover over it. If you click it, you will be at your desktop.
