    Lost the Display at the top of Live Mail


    I was searching for the port number of my ISP, and I somehow lost the display of icons along the top of Windows Live Mail that gave you icons to click on for (for example) New Email, Delete, Send/Receive. I have been all through the VIEW menu and can't figure out how to get this back.

    When you right click on the top, is there a setting for that bar - usually a box that needs to be checked. Something like in the picture which is the IE example. I don't use WLM so I cannot verify it.

    Yes, it was MINIMIZE THE RIBBON which was checked, so I unchecked it. Thanks a lot!:)

Hi from a new OLD guy. I use the Live Mail for my two Yahoo/Att email accounts. Some time back started having problems with one account. Would not download mail because of "incorrect password" , "no internet connection" and others. Took longer and longer to get thru until it won't see it at all....
Ran AdWcleaner and it seems to have corrupted my short cut for Win live mail. See attachment. Thanks for the help.
