    Outlook 2003 & Windows 7

    Hi

I installed windows 7 yesterday and everything is great except for when I use my Outlook 2003. I am trying to open links within emails and they automatically open with Internet Explorer and not my default browser Opera. I have changed all the settings I can in default programs -associate a file type-but cannot change settings in the protocols which are defaulted to IE for HTTP, FTP & HTTPs - could this be the problem and if so is there a way to fix it?

    Thanks

If you go to Start and enter: default programs then click on Default Programs, does it show Opera as your default?

    Hi

when I go to start, type default programs and choose the option to 'set default programs' Opera is not listed there. Is this where you mean? Thanks

Yes, I expected for you to see Opera, but I may be wrong since I use IE. And are you sure Opera is the default? How to set Opera as default browser. If so, then I might suggest setting it to IE, then back to Opera again and see what happens.
