possibly have search hijacker

I think I may have some weird search hijacker that needs dealing with. ALL my Google, Amazon, eBay, other search engine etc search results show junk unrelated information even for the most basic searches. not necessarily spam results but more like that NONE of my searches are known information. Even character names for games have this problem. I gotta search EVERYTHING with quotes but that RARELY works, with quotes, it usually gives junk Facebook page posts with that text not even from pages, from random old posts that others post onto the page that so old that you cannot find it just by the link anymore. Googling how to do basic things and error message result into this old facebook posts results problem too.

I need help fixing my search results because this is frustrating, I already tried adwcleaner, Junkware Removal Tool, & ComboFix and still no go

For Internet Explorer 9- Reset Internet Explorer settings in Internet Explorer 9
