Windows 7: Identifying outgoing mail source/queue.

Identifying outgoing mail source/queue.

My computer seems to flood the mail server with outgoing mail when I connect to this LAN. I have outlook express installed & it connects to the mail server in the LAN. In the past I was testing some mass-emailing scripts (using python smtp module). I thought those messages would simply be discarded as I wasn't running or connected to a mail server. Is it possible that these messages may have been queued up somewhere? How can I investigate the source of emails from my computer? Thanks
