    I have an IE add on Name=PasswordBox Helper
    Publisher= PasswordBox, Inc. Status= Enabled
    Architecture= 32-bit
    that I cannot disable or find in the list of programs to remove. Do any of you know what it is and how to remove it?

    Welcome to Seven Forums bfowler71. That likely came bundled with another program you installed. You have to be real careful to not do the express installs, and uncheck any other offered programs. That said, here is some info on what all it installs. There should be an uninstaller in the installation folder. You might have to remove any leftovers manually.

    Suggest you download and run AdwCleaner (choose the @BleepingComputer download)

    If in doubt post the log and we can advise if everything is OK to have AdwCleaner delete
