If you`re not happy with any version of Explorer, just install and use Chrome or any other browser you like. I rarely use IE myself.

There are times when you just have to have older versions of IE:

instead of sticking with IE11, you should just roll back to IE10, it is fast, safe and secure IE9 is not as secure as IE10 and you most certainly do not want to go back to IE8 as it is much worse than IE9

So - you could have IE11 on the laptop for day to day usage...
...and IE6 inside a frozen XP Mode VM that is isolated from the host.

You will just have to try it to see if it is fast enough for you.

IE11 Crashes
For a variety of reasons I switched from Firefox to IE11 four or five days ago. I get frequent IE crashes when I search from the address bar (my default search engine is google); I do not crash from google.com searches. I've read elsewhere that google and IE don't play together very well. ...

Hub vs Switch vs Router/ 2 Switch Story
I understand that a hub is more like a party line, where all devices hear and read data before sending it to next port, and a switch is advanced hub. But, what is a router. I know what a wireless router is, but they say a router is more advanced than a switch. Can you buy a non-wireless router? ...
