Most likely its your anti virus, either deactivate (for only time needed) or change setting is you can

May be your fire wall, deactivate.

Top of screen task bar
Go to tools
Go to internet options
Security
Change settings for the site

I hope you are downloading what you think you are. Security is set up for a purpose

Application blocked by security settings
Using IE11.0.9600.16518 I've been having this problem lately with some sites I didn't have problems with before. I lowered my IE security setting to Med and no change. I've tried various things and nothing has worked. Nothing was done by mean to cause this. Any ideas? Thanks, Dave

I disabled application info and application update in services.msc
And now I am so screwed. I can't even open services.msc, I can't install an update, I can't run updates and I can't re enable anything because I can't get into services to do it. Please don't say system restore because I disabled it. If you say get a mac, then yes, I agree!:D
