    Application blocked by security settings

Using IE11.0.9600.16518 I've been having this problem lately with some sites I didn't have problems with before. I lowered my IE security setting to Med and no change. I've tried various things and nothing has worked. Nothing was done by mean to cause this. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Dave

Hi click on the Gear symbol on the top right and Safety,
Uncheck Active x filtering if checked.
    Try using Clean boot,

The only settings you should be using are the default ones reset to insure you are,
Reset process first opening Internet explorer

I checked and active X is not on. I reset IE11 completely and it's still the same. Kind of nervous about doing the clean boot though. Funny thing is I never had this problem on this PC until a month or two back. I'm just wondering if it's IE11, but I swore it was fine after installing.
