Font from select websites look different after deleting .temp files

I deleted all of my temp files to free-up some storage space. After the deletion occurred, fonts from different websites looked different and slightly distorted. Do you have any idea on how I can fix this by adding a certain type of temp file instead of restoring windows? I like it as it is and I don't want to redo all the changes I've made.

    Try a system restore
    System Restore
Restore will not touch your stuff.

It's the settings I'm worried about. Not the stuff. please try to read the post carefully before saying anything.

The temp files probably contained the .ico files. If they are gone, there is not much you can do short of reinstalling the programs.

You also have to careful which files you delete. E.g. if you delete the files that are listed under 'Advanced' in CCleaner, you may get those problems.
