    Locked out of Live Mail

My live mail got hacked and I am now locked out.

Have managed to get as far as password reset but when i click the link it goes to a page that says

Temporary problem. Service unavailable try again later which I have done but keep getting the same message.

I really do need to access my account

    any ideas please

Hi Liz, try using IE as FF can block attempts to Windows settings.
You should set IE as default temporarily for this.

If possible, use your alternate address.

not sure what you mean (not too computer literate)

I made IE my default and even switched off my Norton firewall but it still came up saying unavailable

Sounds like a fake spam email to me telling you to reset your account by "clicking here"
