Windows 7: The problem with browsers

Google has changed a lot. Searching for images is a crap shoot. I click on one and it will jump to the top without opening. I click again, a blank section shows, no image, but the thumbnails are there. Click 4-5 more times on different images, finally one will open and I can open the one I wanted.

I haven't had any issue with Google picture search or weird stuff opening them either ?
