Welcome to Seven Forums VinnyBuxton. Are you able to open Internet Options through IE itself?

    Open IE> Tools> Internet options

    Also you can try this:

Start> In search box type run> Enter> When run box opens type inetcpl.cpl> Enter

Do either methods open Internet options?

If by chance the above don't solve the problem you could check Windows System Files using thing tutorial by Brink.

Sorry for the late, late reply.
I managed how to solve this, I had to re-enable Internet Explorer from Programs and Features.

    Hi,
    That will help a bunch,
Internet options only applies to Internet explorer
Other browsers have their own internet options section built into their program
    Cheers.
