How to access Web Credentials

I'm tyring to use Credential Manager to see stored passwords in IE11. When I go to Credential Manager I don't see the Web Credentials button. Why?

I believe the Web Credential button is a Windows 8 thing (See 1st 2 screenshots HERE)? See if this is any help for Windows 7
