I hope that 3.5.4 fixes a very annoying freezing issue that occurs with SF

I can be scrolling up or down just to have it stop responding for a couple of seconds.

Just downloaded the 3.5.4 and it crashes if I have it on and launch Thunderbird.

Also has done a couple of random crashes, not related to running T-bird at the same time.

Always possible it's an add-on and not FF itself. Maybe do some testing with your add-ons, disabling one by one. Or try FF in safe mode.
