    Firefox v28 Crashing

Pretty often I get a prompt that Shockwave Flash is crashing Firefox. I have found a lot of links on the problem but have never been able to solve it. Have any of you had the problem and found the solution? Thanks,

I have recently had FF 28 crash also. I am trying the Last Resort on bottom of this page to disable Flash Protected Mode and seeing what happens.

Thanks for the responses from A Guy and Phone Man. Last night I disabled my plugins and so far, so good. I haven't noticed any difference as far as performance with the plugins disabled other than not crashing. If it crashes again, I will try your fixes.
