but why when i share a bigger file, i mean about 7Gb, my laptop become slower after it done share?

Skype is definitely better, especially if you want to do video calls. Even if you don't, file transfers are much smoother with skype, and IMing is pretty smooth as well.

I prefer IMing on yahoo, just because I have an easier time picking out what each of us is saying in the chat box, but that's all I use it for. Everything else I do on skype. I have always had problems with video and file sharing on yahoo, never skype.
