Windows Live Mail

I use Windows 7 with Windows Live Mail. I only use this for e-mail not interested in Windows Live. Every time I open the program I'm invited to log into Windows Live. How do I get rid of this annoying pop-up
This problem occurred when I tried sending several pictures and was directed to Windows Live, now my former contacts are not showing up. Any suggestions?

Buzz just to be clear do you need to login to the mail each time?? or is it the whole works and jerks??

Chance of a pic of what you see How to Use the Snipping Tool in Vista (says Vista but works on 7)

No I don't actually log in. I just close the sign in box and use the program. This sign in box wasn't there before. Suddenly started. I checled options hoping to find a box I could UN-check to solve the problem. Nothing obvious there.

Yes mate that is what I do because the login is saved anyway- as in your email address and Live password. Those details are collected by IE or whatever you are using and stored as a cookies. So if you use CCleaner make sure you keep the cookies for sites you have passwords for.

What is uncertain to me is what is that window you have pop up? If it is the login to the mail which does happen to me on my laptop I just shut it down. If you are logging in them make sure you tick remember me in that window.

You could give these a run just to check the filing system I suppose

Thats good Buzz and remember if you run CCleaner do this
Run the CC > Analayse > Options > cookies > highlight the cookies in the left hand list you want saved ie the windows live one for example > click the little arrow in that centre column and it will be put into the right hand list (do the same for any others you want) > go back to the Brush (Cleaner) and Run cleaner.

Just in case you haven't got CCleaner CCleaner - Download < download from piriform (its free)
