Opening additional IE 8 Windows - How?

I am running Win 7 Ultimate.

I have tabs OFF and Taskbar Buttons set to NEVER COMBINE on the taskbar.

How do I open additional IE 8 window(s), if I already have one open? The only way I am able to do it now is by clicking on an IE 8 already opened window and hitting Cntrl-N. Is there an easier way?

Also, if I have 4 IE windows, then 3 programs, if I try to open a 5th IE window, it opens not as Window #8 but as Window #5, therefore pushing down the 3 program windows to the right.

Is there a way to change it back to like iy was under XP / Vista that all windows keep old order even I open new windows (I guess it is still trying to group them together).

Thanks...

You could use the IE shortcut in the start menu to open up another instance of it, or use a shortcut on the desktop too.

And you can just right click on the IE opened icon on the taskbar and click Internet Explorer, it will open up a new window of it too.

Hi, you can right click the IETab on the bottom Taskbar, and select Internet Explorer and it will start another IE for you.
