    A Guy
For the heck of it, I changed my homepage when you asked what site it was set to. Not sure what the deal is with NASCAR.com, but all is fine now after changing to another.

I use NASCAR as my homepage during the whole racing season. Never had any issues, especially like this one for sure.

    Thanks for your help.:)

Tried it. Something is conflicting with that site and IE. At least on my system anyway. Oh well, at least it's not a more serious issue.

Thanks again for all your help.:)

Odd, the address is http://www.nascar.com/en_us/sprint-cup-series.html ? If you have just nascar.com, try that. Unless you are happy with what you have now, we hate a mystery

glc, I don't have NASCAR.com as my home page, but do visit sometimes. In my opinion it's just crap, slow loading, links don't work, videos won't play, etc.

It seem to hog lots of resources when it's open so maybe that's why as a home page it was interfering with other sites.

That's the way it shows up in Chrome and FireFox too. No problems with those two.
Sure would like to know what the deal is with it and IE. I can live with Google though.

Oh I know. They have made it worse with all the fancy bells and whistles. A few years back it was a decent site. Now,like you say,it is a big resource hog.

Right, When Turner owned and run it, it was a nice place with useful info. NASCAR has it royally, err, messed up.
