Unable to re-install IE (need it for accessing a website) after uninst

    Hello all,

After "savagely" uninstalling IE on my own (I didn't know there was an uninstall option...) I'm confronted with a very annoying problem.

I'm currently studying to pass an exam and the website I need to access can only be viewed on IE.
Yes, some people are still very stupid and require IE, but I paid for the courses I have to take over IE, so I need to reinstall it.

Could someone please help me reinstall IE/ repair my register or whatever got broken when I uninstalled IE on my own by deleting random IE locations?

    I know I shouldn't have done it, it's been months since I uninstalled IE so I can't repair/ use a backup.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit, 3-year-old computer, horrible graphic card (can't remember the name) HP G5000 series. I don't play video games, I just do regular work (Word, internet, some video) so I'm fine with my specs.

Also have 2*1 TO external HDs, 3 TO HD, 500 GB HD, saving up for another HD but right now I'm still a student.

If you simply turned ie off ?
    Turn it back on
