    I'm trying to figure out why your turning ie9 or Internet explorer Off
    If you want to do anything ie will have to be On.

    Oddly you haven't used any of the prior posted links by either of us yet :/

    To be honest gonnatwl, when I see a member trying all sorts of things before asking for help, I'm concerned about the effectiveness of trouble shooting.

    The easiest thing to do at this point, rather than try to unravel what was done is to perform a Repair install.

    Read the tutorial and ask any questions BEFORE doing anything.

    Repair Install

    Pay attention to the highlighted by color boxes

    Thank you for filling out your specs.
    How about reading through the thread again and let us know what you have tried and or done.

    Slartybart post #7 seems to me the quickest way to fix your problem to me also.

    One more thing is ...this takes time (ard 3 hrs) and i hv to reinstall all my updates afterward, but it's good to be fixed :)

    Btw, may i know much more detail about the process it did? I wanna shorten the time spend because i hv more than 500 pcs to fix~

    =========================================
    I got this before PC fixed, just reboot and try again then it works!
