Upgraded Adobe Flash Player & now can load radio stations

Updated to 14.0.0.145 the other day and now cannot listen to internet radio stations that worked fine before updating ( WABC , WMAL , KSFO ) . Programs won't load . WMAL's podcast does work , though . No trouble with Youtube , etc...

    I have Windows 7 and IE 10 .

    Can anybody help ?

    Thanks in advance .

P.S. Worked fine with previous version of AFP , and my PC downstairs , with Windows 7 and IE10 but not upgraded works fine .

Update and clarification . Just discovered that I can load WTFL in Florida and WRKO in Boston , stations I never listened to before . The stations I listened to on a reg. basis , like the ones mentioned in my initial post , won't load now since updating Adobe Flash .

Hi thanks sorry I missed that

I always find it better to Uninstall flash and re-install it rather than updating it,

I'm not familiar with PodCast so exactly how do you access these stations,
You mention a program of some type can you point to it and or the site that you access these stations with ?
    Thank in advance,
    Cheers.

The WMAL podcast works fine , but I can't load the station , or any others that I listened to BEFORE the update . I'm sure this will work for you - just click LISTEN LIVE . My PC downstairs which has not yet been updated , works fine . KSFO-AM

Hi and thanks for the link :)
Well I listened to it with flash disabled so the station from the link doesn't even use flash player,
