Machine is a upgraded(from Vista 64 Home) Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium version. IE64 bit will load without issue. IE32 bit will not load and crashes. Windows performs the looking for solutions process. Nothing is resolved.
Machines is a quad core/8 gig of RAM/Nvidia Card.

By any chance is there some type of error message you are getting? Or does it not even load?

The page will load but then a message appears, "Windows IE has stopped working. Windows looking for a solution." I will check the link you posted for some possible clues.
Welcome to Seven Forums avgwarhawk. Try this:
Start> In search box type cmd> Right click on cmd.exe in results above and choose Run as administrator> When command prompt opens type
netsh winsock reset
Enter> Restart PC
Hopefully that will fix it
