Youtube Freeze on IE, not Chrome

When I watch videos on youtube, or any other streaming site ON Internet Explorer, the video constantly Freezes.

I tested the SAME video on Google Chrome, and it does NOT freeze. On IE, I deleted complete history, did a restore and restarted and same issue, still freezes.

any other ideas??

What version of IE are you using?

What addons do you have running in Internet Explorer, maybe try disabling them and try again.
It may also be worth updating Adobe Flash if it's not already up-to-date as Chrome and IE use different instances/versions of Flash.

version 11.0, and as far as addons, and there are a few addons but all of them are disabled, i will try updating adobe flash

Do the YouTube videos open in the Flash player or the HTML player?

Because in IE11, all YouTube videos load in the HTML player by default. If so, try opening YT and then hit left ALT, go to Tools and click on Compatibility View settings, if the list is empty, add YT to the list. the page will automatically reload - now try playing a video, it should open in the Flash player instead. If YT is already listed, remove it and reload.
