Internet Explorer F12 Dev. Tools Automation.

Hello. I am looking to automate the starting of network profile of IE F12 Dev. Tools. I have Googled to the point of being tired of Googling looking for a solution. Is there a way to automate that aspect of IE?

Thank you for your help.

Hi,
You might try TechNet and see if they have any clues,
You might also add a bit more information about the network it's self..
Sorry I'm not familiar with that aspect or if it's possible or not,
