How To PERMANENTLY Delete Chrome AutoStart from Startup

I have tried over and over again to disable Chrome from Startup, and it keeps coming back. It slows startup, and is completely unnecessary. Further, it never USED to install anything in Startup.

Thanks Maxie, but when I checked the Services, as your link suggested, the only Google services I saw were already stopped. I also looked in the Processes, which there were numerous ones taking up a TON of memory, but I wasn't sure which ones to stop. I also looked in the Settings (what the article called Options) under Chrome (not Chromium, which I already tried), and saw nothing that would help the issue.
