Windows 7, questions on feeds and favourites and IE

I noticed when searching the start menu I found results for"websites for the united kingdom" and "favourites bar".

I went to users/(myname)/favourites and found two folders, "Favourites bar" and "Websites for the united kingdom".

Favourites just had Suggested sites and web slice gallery url shortcuts.

    The uk one had:

    Business link
    Directgov
    NHS Choices

All which goto legit UK gov sites.

In the users/username/appdata/local/microsoft/feeds folder, there was a "Feeds for the united kingdom~" folder. Inside this there was:

NHS Choices - Behind the Headlines~.feed-ms

When I opened Internet explorer, I could see the favourites and feeds tab. In the feeds tab i opened the feed and it brought me to feeds.feedburner.com/nhschoicesbehindtheheadlines

Feedburner.com is owned by google, and going to it redirects toa google page, but this seemed like an older one related to nhs. Im from ireland but my pc is from the uk.

    My questions are:

    1. Are these legit links and feeds? And is the feedburner link safe?

All the files were created around the day of install of windows.

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
I'm sure the sites are legit but I don't use Microsoft favorites so I have no idea what all it contains I deleted them long ago and continue to every time I reset ie,
I also don't use any feeds which is deleted as well,
Sorry hopefully some else might use or know anything about them,
I also do not use suggested sites either/ new tabs page or keep a history past each session,
All is deleted on browser exit
    Cheers.

I got a report from scumware.org, showing 100 different pages on feeds.feedburner that are malicious. However the official nhs one wasnt on it. Would it be like how some wordpress sites can be malicious but the actual site for wordpress isnt? Should I be worried? No site shows the site as malicious other than scumware detecting specific feedburner sites. I dont see any malware aymptoms, but ia it anything to wory about? It was even a go.microsoft link so microsoft made it themselves.
