Google Drive's Policy on Simultaneous Edits

If I have 3 folks working on the same spreadsheet, are we able to work simultaneously on that file, and if so, I'm assuming it has to be a Google Sheet? I may have to use M'Soft's OneDrive, so tell me which is more suitable.

    Thanks,

I have done that before and it works, as long as they have editing access to the Google Sheet. It may have some delay of it showing up in the other computers because of ping, but it still works.

Thanks Computer 0304. If we all have our own gmail accounts, therefore, our own Google clouds, which cloud, which account has ownership. How does that work?

The account used to make the sheet of it has the ownership, but anyone with editing access can edit the list of people that can edit.
