missing file, view, etc tabs in IE 11

Noticed one of my computers doesn't show "file, edit, view, favorites, etc" on the top of each page. Missing toolbar? Is there a setting I need to change to get it back? Makes it difficult to print anything. Thanks.

Mark

Hi,
You can use the Alt key to bring up the Menubar at any time,
Or Alt+VTM to make it stay in your view
Cheers.
