    Internet Explorer Display Page Problem

    Hi All,

when i trying to access a webpage i can access to it after login to the page by default on the left panel it should show 6 categories but it show only 1 categories. The machine i use to access is under a domain. but when i try using a hotspot or using firefox i can see full categories. i believe this should be the internet explorer>security>internet>custom level gpo issue. can anyone guide me which setting i should adjust in order for it to have a full functionality of it.

    thank you.

    Hi,
You don't say which version of ie your using
Use Alt+HA or Gear symbol on the top right and About ie

You can take a screen shot of the pages so we might see the issue see the links above my signature for how if you need too,
I wouldn't recommend changing any settings in the area you refer to insure they are all set to the default levels
On any version of ie you can use the F12 key to bring up developer tools and switch browser mode or document modes,
ie11 is different than other prior versions but there are little icons on the left column and if you scroll down that list you'll see one that is Emulations
This will show you document mode which I would try first and switch it to a lower number like 10-9

The user agant string should be switched at last result usually document mode will resolve any display issues,
ie10-9-8 are a little more straight forward than ie11,

the user is using ie9. however i did try using the developer tools by switch to all kind of ie version still same problem occurs. i would like to ask does active scripting will cause the issue? The problem is like when you login to your account. By Default left panel it would have 6tabs. But when i login it only show 1 tab. However when i try to use firefox it show all the tabs. I try to disconnect company network and connect to my hotspot and access ie. it did show all the tabs so i believe definitely is a gpo issue. any idea what the setting for this ?

    Hi,
Please fill in your system spec's page and add which security suite you have installed and also any third party cleanup utilities you have installed or ever used,
Export Favorites to html file before resetting Internet explorer/ just to be safe.
