I'm not sure if you've used this site for feedback or not ?
    https://connect.microsoft.com/IE
That's about the only place to contact Microsoft about the issue :/
    Cheers.

Hmm i found a old post 3 years old with the same question about why the text is blurry/fuzzy..and now i remember that someone said it was my gfx card and driver issue..So i turned to ATI radeon forums and posted there but they said it was Microsoft to blame..so i was just being "a ball on a goal field"...but now i got a new pc now with ALL new hardware and still the same problem..so i dont believe it has to do with the gfx card..it is just MS that has become lazy and wanna change IE into something mac browser lookalike and they dont care about people with station pc..cuz they think all people only have tablets today.

Disconnect from the card and plug into the other dvi or vga port for a motherboards built in graphics,
Can you post a link to the card you have the one I did a search for shows I believe vga and hdmi and a couple of other small ports I suppose for sound I didn't have a very good view of the ports :/

You might if you have the time take a picture of the back of your machine so we can see the options avalible
