How do I change my In Private browsing? I see only IE9
and IE10 but no IE11.

Change In-Private browsing to what exactly ?
Gear symbol/ Safety/ in-Private browsing Ctrl+Shift+P

If ie is pinned to your Taskbar right click it and you'll see the listing.

Encrypt C:/Users/username as an alternative to "In Private" Browsing
"In Private" browsing might be better than nothing, but it has no memory. I am wondering if a viable alternative might be to create a User just for private browsing and encrypt that directory in C:/Users/user? Would that let me have "favorites" that were private? And would that allow sessions ...

Netflix error message n8010 and 'in private browsing' and Silverlight
I keep getting the message that a storage problem with 'in private browsing' is keeping Silverlight from letting the movie play. Message #8010. Netflix is no help on this. I have removed and reinstalled Silverlight many times. I've tried to turn off 'in private' -don't know if it worked or not....
