Google Chrome & other Browsers won't load properly/slowly

Lately, whenever i want to visit any web page, the browsers won't load it properly. On google chrome it said that sometimes "unable to connect to internet", and whenever it is loaded it loads jumbled on the first few times. After refreshing or reloading the slow page several times, it loads properly but still slow.

I did some reading here beforehand, and i ran CCleaner and cleaned the cache and all, but nothing worked. I thought it was my Avast! but when i turned it off it doesn't have any effects at all. I know this is not my connection's fault because when i try loading some pages in another devices like my tablet or phone with my wi-fi it worked just fine. Been like this for like a month or so.
    Any thoughts?
    Any response is appreciated.

Hello and welcome Timot I cannot find the support page for that machine you have listed - not being funny but that is the correct model??
To me it sounds like either a driver or system error. I have these from time to time and have used fixes like rebooting the modem checking the network drver Ethernet or wifi but the first oen I go for is this and it is so simple and sually works

https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html < do first but the next one chkdsk is the usual fixer for me

    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html < use the /f and /r options in Option2 if necessary

I shall be interested in what you find as I am about to get the G750JM ROG:)

My G75 ROG is factory refurbished, it's official, cheaper, with shorter span of warranty and it's under the radar. Not many people know it.
Will do the instructions specified in the link. Posting results as soon as i finished my work.
    Thanks

    Hi try these also,
    Safe mode with networking,
Shut down your machine, Unplug-Hold the power button down for 30/45 seconds (Power Drain) Optional,
Power up and Tap the F8 key continuously until you see a black page with white text,
Use the down arrow key to toggle to safe mode with networking/ hit the enter key.
    Login as usual
