    Yep it returns on new sessions which it's not a big deal
    Mines prettier though

    Well, that's interesting. Apparently I have the solution, but no clue what I set or do to eliminate that bugger.

    Other than deleting my browser history on exit, I can't see anything configured on my IE that might readily explain it.

    I'll post my advance tab configuration in a bit - maybe someone will see what I'm missing.

    Could be in browsing/ enable visual styles on buttons.. in webpages :/

    Yeah, that thought crossed my mind when I looked at the settings.
    I don't see the bar so I'm not changing my config

    Everything else looks fairly standard. I have to keep reminding myself not to only look at what IS checked, but also at things I have disabled (SSL 3.0 for instance - but that probably has no bearing on this issue).

    I just ran through the other tabs on IE - nothing jumps out.
    I've already mentioned deleting history on exit (two places General Tab and Advanced tab) and that I limit most caching.

    I'll add to that - I only have Google Search in my add-ons; SmartScreen filter is ON
