I uncheck it from: Tools > Safety > ActiveX Filtering.

Checked MS installed updates and it shows last update of Silverlight installed Oct 1 and Manage Add-ons shows enabled.

Here is link Long Long Honeymoon | #Loloho Blog Archive VIDEO: How to Back Up a Travel Trailer

I see two videos: the first is from YouTube and uses Flash Player. The second is from Vimeo and doesn't require Flash or Silverlight. It's a HTML5 video. What videos can you watch?

The video I cannot see is the first Video: How to backup Your Travel Trailer. Interesting that I can go to Youtube and watch the video using IE11

Ok. Then it's not a Flash problem, but more likely a site problem or perhaps restriction. Do you use the concept of "Trusted Sites"? If so, have you enabled different security settings for the Internet Zone and the "Trusted Sites" Zone?

JavaScript is required to view Flash videos, and if you don't allow it globally this might explain the problem.

Then hopefully it's only a rare site specific problem.

For YouTube you can always try to switch to the HTML5 player instead of Flash. Go to www.youtube.com/html5 and click "Request the HTML5 player". To change back to Flash you click the "Use the default player" button.

You're welcome!

One last tip:
Most videos work with HTML5 player, but not all. If you set the HTML5 player as default on YouTube and you find a video that won't work with the HTML5 player, there's a trick so you can play it with Flash without changing your default player:

change youtube.com/watch?v=lzlOfBGr1i4 to youtube.com/v/lzlOfBGr1i4

Remove watch?v= from the URL and replace it with v/
This will force the use of Flash Player

So if you have set the HTML5 player as default you should be able to choose:
HTML5: www.youtube.com/watch?v=lzlOfBGr1i4
Flash: www.youtube.com/v/lzlOfBGr1i4

You can right-click a video to show a pop-up menu that will show what player is used(at the bottom of the menu), example:
"About the HTML5 Player" or "About Adobe Flash Player 15.0.0.189"

Now I think I've covered everything
