    Which version of Firefox? Latest is 33.0.2. Maybe it's an Add-in causing the problem?

    I have the lastest version. Its been like that from the first firefox. I just want the writing black to change to white.

    Go to your Options/content and you can make changes to your font there.

    If your background on your system is pink and you are using system fonts, that is what you will see. If you look at the image below you can alter the look:

    If that is not working try starting firefox in safe mode and set the colour while in safe mode and see if that works, if it does it may well be an add-on that is causing it not to change colour, if it is you will have to disable your add-ons and then enable them one at a time to see which one is the culprit.
